Use this link to manage and update your personal information such as address, phone numbers, email address, and club affiliation.

Update personal information

For:

All individual USA Gymnastics members (except Team USA members) who wish to update personal information.

You will need:

6-digit Member number and individual password (Club ID/password cannot be used for this function)
Note: Password is initially set to the individual members 8 digit date of birth (mmddyyyy)

Instructions:

Update Personal Information – click this link to log into your membership record
Enter your personal membership ID and Password
Once you have logged in, you will see your personal information
Make the necessary changes and click submit

Request for Name Change

For members under the age of 18:

Written request stating the name change, along with supporting documentation (i.e. adoption paper, etc.) is required.

For members over the age of 18:

Written request stating the name change is required. Adult name changes do not require documentation.
