Note: Professional members must have valid Safety Certification and background screen to maintain an active membership. If a renewal applications is submitted for an individual with expired or no safety certification and/or background check, the membership will be placed in pending status (not valid), which will be changed to Professional Membership upon completion of the requirements.

To renew membership by mail or fax:

Print the Professional Membership form
Fully complete the form
Include payment
Mail or fax the forms as indicated
Check to ensure Safety Certification and Background Check are current

To renew membership online:

You will need:	6-digit Member Number and Password Valid credit card Note: Your password is initially set to the individual Professional member's date of birth (MMDDYYYY).
Instructions:	Renew membership - use this link to renew membership Log in using your member number and password Complete the required information for renewal Provide credit card payment Check to ensure Safety Certification and Background Check are current (if applicable to membership type) Membership cards will be mailed within 6-8 weeks of registration
