Note: Junior Professional members must have valid Safety/Risk Management Certification to maintain an active membership.

To renew membership by mail or fax:

  • Print the Junior Professional Membership Form
  • Fully complete the form
  • Include payment
  • Mail or fax the forms as indicated
  • Check to ensure Safety/Risk Management Certification is current
To renew membership online:
You will need:
  • 6-digit Member Number and Password
  • Valid credit card
Note: Your password is initially set to your birth date (MMDDYYYY).
Instructions:
  1. Renew membership - use this link to renew membership
  2. Answer Yes or No to the two disclosure statements then Log in using your member number and password.
  3. Complete the required information for renewal
  4. Provide credit card payment
  5. Check to ensure Safety/Risk Management Certification is current
  6. Membership cards will be mailed within 6-8 weeks of registration
