Print Membership Card: Athlete & Introductory Athlete
This page provides a club or an individual athlete/introductory athlete with the ability to print or re-print a membership card.
Club - Re-print Athlete Cards | Individual Athlete Re-print Card
Please note: Athlete and Introductory Athlete cards will not be mailed or emailed before August 1st, 2009. Current athlete membership information will be available via the club roster list as well as any meet director searches.
Clubs (For a club to re-print one or more athlete or introductory athlete membership cards):

6-digit Club Number and Club Password
Note: To receive club password, please send a written request via email to membership@usa-gymnastics.org. The password will be emailed in 24 business hours.

| Instructions: |
- Enter your Club ID/Password
- Once you have logged in, you will see a list of all members in your club
- Select the Athlete member type in the first dropdown field
- Select the athlete you wish to reprint cards for. To select multiple athletes, hold down the CONTROL key and click on each athlete.
- Within 24 hours, you will receive an email (sent to the email address in your club’s record), containing attachments with the membership cards.
Note: The email may go to a spam folder or the file size may be too large for your email system – so you may want to select 6 or fewer athletes at a time.
Each EMAIL will have 1 or more attachments.
- Each Attachment will have up to 6 cards with the Athlete Member information in a color .pdf file
- If, for example, you selected 10 ATHLETES it will send one email with 2 attachments - 6 cards in the first attachment, and 4 cards in the second attachment. The two left over cards in the second file will be blank.
- You can save these attachments to your computer, open them, and print the cards
- It is recommend to use card stock paper for printing cards

Individual Athlete (For an individual athlete/introductory athlete member to re-print their membership card):

6-digit Athlete/Intro Athlete Number and Password
Note: To receive password, please send a written request via email to membership@usa-gymnastics.org. The password will be emailed in 24 business hours. |
| Instructions: |
- Enter your Athlete ID/Password
- Once you have logged in, you will see a screen listing your member card information
- Select Verify
- Click Print Member Card
- Within 24 hours, you will receive an email (sent to the email address in your membership record), containing an attachment with the membership cards.
Note: The email may go to a spam folder so be sure to check there if you do not receive the email.
- You can save the attachment to your computer, open it, and print the card
- It is recommend to use card stock paper for printing cards
