The required compulsory pair group skills, in the respective level and event, have been filmed. The videos are listed in order as they appear on the diagram forms and can be found on the right side of each video player. To view each video simply drag the computer mouse over the desired video and “click.” The video will begin to play.

Videos are to be used for training purposes at the developmental levels and to aid new and pre-existing gymnastic coaches with skills performed in the discipline of acrobatic gymnastics. Instructions and demonstrations given for each event are examples of how to build each pair/group skill. Entry and exit into pair group skills may vary unless specified in the skill descriptions in the Acrobatic Gymnastics Specifications, version 01-09 on pages 9-28.
