Dear Acro Coaches, Judges, Club Owners, Meet Directors and Professional Members:

The 2009-12 version of the Acrobatic Gymnastics Specifications Book is now available! The Spec book contains compulsory exercises, optional exercise requirements, and CJP, execution and artistry deductions. Some rules previously contained in the Specifications book, including age requirements, level mobility, running a competition, apparel, awards, judging and more, have been moved to the Rules and Policies. The R&P will be available very shortly.

The 2009-12 Specifications is effective January 1, 2009 and will be valid 2009-12 Acrobatic Gymnastics competitive seasons.

The Specifications book can be downloaded free (click the link below). It will also be available shortly as a hard copy through the USA Gymnastics Online Store for $35.

Only USA Gymnastics Professional Members will be allowed access the online version of the rule book. To access and download the book from the web, you will need the username and password. The username and password is the same for all USAG Professional Members. When you click on the Specifications link from the acro homepage, you will be prompted to enter the username and password. The username and password was sent to all USA Gymnastics Professional Members.
