Ivaylo Katsov
A former World Championships medalist and Master of Sport from Bulgaria, Ivaylo is now coaching at Mid-America Acro Tumbling and Trampoline in Owensville, MO. Ivaylo is the Chair of the National Elite Committee and has placed athletes on the national team and Team USA international delegations.
Youri Vorobyev
Youri, a former coach for the Russian Gymnastics Federation, has been in the United States coaching acrobatic gymnastics for several years. Owner and head coach at Realis Gymnastics in California, Youri is one of the top coaches in the USA. He coached Arthur Davis and Shenea Booth who won the gold medal at the 2002 and 2004 Acrobatic Gymnastics World Championships. To date, this is the USA's only gold medal at this level of competition. In addition, he has coached Michael Rodrigues and Clare Brunson who won the bronze medal at the 2006 Acro World Championships.
Marie Annonson
Marie first competed as an athlete in acrobatics on Tonya Case's team, California Acrosports Team (CAT), in Sacramento, Ca. From 1999-2002 she competed women's pair at numerous International events and at the 2000 and 2002 World Championships. During her athletic career her pair earned bronze at the 2001 Azur Acro Cup in Antibes, France; silver at the 2002 Machuga Cup Competition in Krasnodar, Russia; and silver at the 2002 Flanders Cup in Purrs, Belgium. In 2003 she started coaching and has taken numerous pair/groups to National and International competitions from 2004-present. Notable accomplishments her pair/groups have earned are National Team members, National Champions, 2006 IAGC World Team, 2008 gold medal in Swidnica, Poland, 2008 IAGC and World Team, and the silver at the 2008 World Championships. Marie currently owns and coaches West Coast Training Center in Livermore, Ca.
Linda Meier
Linda Meier is the head coach at Aerial Tumbling & Acrobatics in San Jose, CA. She is the coach of Junior National Team Member and 2008 World Age Group Competitors Kyle Bloom and Maddie Bones and has several other athletes who are members of the Junior Olympic National Team. Linda is a former elite athlete and international competitor.
Nichole Tilton
Nichole is the head coach and co-owner of San Ramon Valley Dance Academy in San Ramon, CA. Nichole has athletes who are members of the Junior Olympic National Team and National Team. She has coached athletes who have medaled at national championships and international events.

The primary goal of the Region 1 Athlete Clinic is to provide a forum for coaches to interact so that the country benefits with better training and evaluation of athletes. There will be a lot of opportunity for coaches to work together.
In addition, the athlete clinic will provide an opportunity to improve the quantity and quality of athletes, and this is only possible through education of coaches!
Highlights of the various tracks are as follows:
- COACHES CONTINUING EDUCATION: Are you ready to expand your professional coaching knowledge? Do you want to start training athletes at higher levels? Come learn spotting techniques and drills. Review strength and flexibility for specific skills, and for partners.
- ATHLETE CLINIC: Designed to support and encourage all levels of athletes and their coaches on the journey towards TEAM USA. Are your athletes on track for the upcoming FIG Age Group competition? Come get valuable feedback on routine composition, skill progressions, and skill evaluations from National and International coaches. The training schedule will be divided into morning and afternoon sessions. See schedule.
